Aksi takdirde i\u015f\u00e7iye ihbar tazminat\u0131 \u00f6denmelidir ki \u00f6denecek tazminat, yukar\u0131daki s\u00fcrelere denk gelen br\u00fct maa\u015f kadar olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130hbar s\u00fcresi boyunca i\u015f\u00e7i, tamamen ayn\u0131 ko\u015fullarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam eder.
